Lizzie is an associate at Levine, Sherkin, Boussidan practicing in all areas of civil litigation, with a particular interest in corporate/commercial and employment litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Lizzie articled at a leading civil litigation law firm in downtown Toronto. Lizzie spent her summering term in New York City as the legal intern at the Canadian Permanent Mission to the United Nations.
While completing her J.D. at Western University, Lizzie was a caseworker at the student-run legal clinic. She was a finalist in the Hicks Morley Labour Law Moot in her first year and went on to represent Western University at the Laskin Moot, a national constitutional and administrative law competition, and sat on the Western Advocacy Committee Executive in her final year.
Prior to law school, Lizzie attended the University of Toronto, Trinity College, where she specialized in English Literature. In her final year, Lizzie tutored students in argumentation and moral and legal reasoning for the Modes of Reasoning course. Lizzie also acted in three Shakespearean stage productions including the starring role in Twelfth Night.
Lizzie is a member of the Advocates’ Society, the Canadian Bar Association, the Toronto Lawyers Association, and the Women’s Law Association of Ontario.
